Curated tours & day trips
Island-hopping, city days and small-group tours across Thailand, run by guides we work with regularly rather than whoever happens to be free that morning.

We're a destination management company based in Phuket. Agencies send us their clients, and we run the tours, tickets, transfers and group itineraries on the ground here.
Alwani Travel is a destination management company in Phuket. We work with the trade rather than the public: you sell the trip, we operate it.
That means the reservations, the tickets, the vehicles, the guides, and the number someone calls when a flight lands two hours late. Where you need it, all of it runs under your name instead of ours.
Your client never has to deal with us, which is rather the point.

Reservations, tickets, guides and vehicles all sit with the same people, and you deal with one of them from the first enquiry to the last airport drop.
We're a registered local operator rather than a reseller, so when a boat is cancelled or a road is shut, fixing it is our job and not a phone call to someone else's supplier.

Thailand has no shortage of operators. Agencies stay with the ones who pick up.
We'd rather run a smaller list of trips properly than resell everything on the market, and we answer the phone while your clients are here. Most agencies tell us that's the whole job.
Four things we operate ourselves. If something falls outside them, we'll say so rather than broker it.

Island-hopping, city days and small-group tours across Thailand, run by guides we work with regularly rather than whoever happens to be free that morning.

Tickets for shows, parks and landmarks, issued and confirmed before your clients land so nobody queues at a counter.

Airport pickups and point-to-point runs in our own vehicles, with shared zones for the routes where a private car isn't worth the money.

Multi-day programmes built from your brief, with the routing and the timings worked out before anyone boards a bus.

Destinations, dates, group size and roughly what the clients are after. Email or WhatsApp is fine.
A day-by-day plan with costs comes back, usually the same day and rarely later than the next one.
Once you approve it we book the tickets, assign the guides and vehicles and fix the timings.
Our team meets your clients at arrivals and stays with them for the rest of the itinerary.
You have one contact for the whole trip, and someone to call if the plan changes halfway through.
We hold a Thai tourism business licence and operate under it, so the accountable party is in the country.
We own the vans and employ the drivers, so a 6am pickup doesn't depend on another company's availability.
You brief us in English. We run the day in Thai. Nothing gets lost between the two.
Most briefs are costed the same day, itemised so you can see exactly what you're marking up.
Your itinerary papers, your name on the sign at arrivals. The client relationship stays yours throughout.
Someone from the office is reachable while your clients are in Thailand, including outside office hours.

The same team from the first quote to the last airport drop.

They've handled our Phuket and Krabi departures since 2023. In that time we've had one transfer go to the wrong terminal, and it was fixed before the guests had finished at baggage claim.
We run their day tours under our own brand. The itinerary papers and the sign at the pickup are ours, and in two years no guest has asked who's actually operating.
A flight went two hours late and the pickup would have missed it. I called expecting voicemail and got a person who moved the driver. That call is most of why we're still with them.
Ask about Phi Phi or the Similans and you get a real answer, including which days not to go. Bangkok took a little longer to get right, but the islands have been solid from the start.
The operational side is the least of our worries now: we send a brief, a costed plan comes back, and the day runs. Invoices and vouchers can take a reminder, which is the only thing we'd change.
A DMC — destination management company — is the licensed local partner that operates travel on the ground: tours, tickets, transfers, guides and logistics. Alwani is a Thailand DMC based in Phuket; travel agencies abroad sell the trip, and we run every day of it in-country.
Curated tours and day trips, attraction tickets and passes, private airport and point-to-point transfers on our own fleet, and tailor-made multi-day group itineraries — quoted, confirmed and operated by one bilingual team.
Phuket, Krabi, Phang Nga and Bangkok, including the Andaman islands your clients ask for — Phi Phi, James Bond Island and the Similans. Our office is in Phuket, so the Andaman coast is home ground.
Send a brief by email or WhatsApp with the destinations, dates, group size and style of trip. A costed day-by-day plan comes back to you, usually the same day. Approve it and we book the tickets, guides, vehicles and timings. There is no account to open and no minimum volume.
Yes. Where you need it, our team runs tours and transfers under your brand, using your itinerary papers and your name on the sign at the pickup. You keep the client relationship and we operate the trip.
No. This is a trade-only site, so there is no public pricing. Rates are quoted per brief at agent level, and your margin stays yours.
Destinations and dates are enough to start with. Someone from the Phuket office will reply, usually the same day, and nothing about it commits you to booking.
